Role Description The Customer Relations Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role involves managing direct interactions with customers across multiple channels, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring a smooth, reliable experience from order placement to delivery. The associate will focus on building strong relationships, tracking feedback, and supporting initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.





Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer support communications, coordinating with kitchen and delivery teams, documenting common concerns, and suggesting process improvements. The role also includes maintaining accurate customer records, following standard operating procedures, and representing Le Fresh’s values of quality, responsiveness, and care in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to help build loyalty and encourage repeat orders.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication in English and Hindi.

- Relevant skills such as problem-solving, active listening, and conflict resolution are highly beneficial.

- Prior experience in food delivery, hospitality, or consumer-facing roles is an advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is preferred.

- A diploma or degree in any discipline is welcome; customer-facing experience and attitude to serve are key.
