Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer questions regarding products, orders, delivery, payments, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the required time.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, and other departments for customer-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, replacements, returns, or other concerns.
- Provide regular updates to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned senior/team.
- Maintain a skilled and positive relationship with customers.




- Prepare basic reports related to customer calls, complaints, and service requests.

Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a related role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and computer operations.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a polite and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
