Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain real estate projects and investment opportunities clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and arrange meetings/site visits with interested prospects.
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Kannada and English communication preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be an advantage.
