Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide product/service information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly addressed.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.

- Explain products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

- Meet customer service standards and assigned performance targets.

- Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve products and services.

- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
