About the role We're looking for a driven, well-spoken Customer Support Executive with a sales mindset to be the voice of our brand. You'll help customers choose the right saree, turn enquiries into orders, and make every interaction feel personal.

Key responsibilities Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email and phone within set timelines Help customers with saree selection, fabric details, draping, care instructions and blouse stitching options Share product photos and videos on request and help with order placement Convert enquiries from WhatsApp and Instagram into confirmed sales Make daily abandoned cart recovery calls and convert them into orders Actively upsell and cross-sell on calls and chats, including stitched blouses, falls and pico, and matching accessories Recommend complementary pieces and new arrivals based on customer preferences Follow up on COD orders and pending payments Track orders and give customers timely dispatch and delivery updates Handle returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations as per policy Coordinate with the warehouse and tailoring teams on delays,



quality issues and custom orders Collect customer feedback, reviews and unboxing photos Maintain customer records and flag recurring issues to the team Support customers during launches, sales and festive peaks Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions and upsells Share daily and weekly reports on calls, conversions, query volume and common concerns Requirements 0–3 years in customer support, tele-sales or inside sales, preferably in fashion, apparel or e-commerce Driven and target-oriented, with a genuine desire to close sales Well spoken, confident on calls, and strong in the basics of professional communication Fluent in English and Kannada; Hindi, Tamil or Telugu is a plus A genuine interest in sarees and Indian textiles Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets and Shopify or similar tools Calm under pressure, with strong follow-through Location: Bengaluru | Type: Full time
