Role Description The Customer Care Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Sanganer. This position involves welcoming and assisting customers in-store, responding to inquiries about products, sizes, customization, and availability, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. The role includes managing phone, email, and message-based customer communications, handling order-related queries, coordinating with sales and tailoring teams, and resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.

The executive will maintain accurate customer records, update order status, support after-sales service, and follow company guidelines for high-quality customer care.



Working hours may include weekends and festival seasons, aligned with store requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, respond clearly, and handle customer concerns with patience and respect.
- Sales support and retail skills, such as assisting in product selection, explaining features and pricing, and coordinating with store and operations teams.
- Basic administrative and coordination skills, including maintaining customer records, tracking orders, and using POS or CRM systems.
- Professional demeanor, with solid interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to work effectively in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional knowledge of other languages is an advantage for international clientele.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Sanganer, including weekends and peak festive or wedding seasons as required.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in fashion, retail, or hospitality, is highly beneficial.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.
