Role Description The Custom Hamper Designer will design and assemble premium, tailor-made gift hampers for corporate and personal occasions, ensuring each hamper aligns with client requirements, brand identity, and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing hamper themes, selecting and sourcing suitable products, coordinating packaging materials, and creating visually appealing layouts that reflect the occasion and client preferences. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand gifting objectives, preparing samples and mock-ups, maintaining inventory of gifting components,



and ensuring timely, accurate execution of bulk and bespoke orders.

The designer will also help maintain quality standards, support photoshoots or catalog creation, and contribute ideas for new product offerings and seasonal collections. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in creative design, aesthetic sense, and visual merchandising for gifts, hampers, and packaging.
- Candidates should possess skills in client communication, requirement gathering, and relationship management to understand and deliver customized solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic product sourcing, vendor coordination, and inventory organization for hamper components.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail to handle multiple orders and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic documentation, order tracking, and use of common office or design tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, design apps).
- Relevant experience in gifting, event planning, retail, or visual merchandising is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in design, visual arts, event management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and collaborate within a small, dynamic team environment.
