Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CCSD department, ensuring smooth workflow, manpower utilization, quality, safety, documentation, and timely completion of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily CCSD operations and activities.

- Plan manpower, equipment, and resources according to operational requirements.

- Allocate work to team members and monitor productivity.

- Coordinate with other departments, supervisors, contractors, and management.

- Ensure work is completed according to company procedures, quality standards, and timelines.

- Monitor daily work progress and prepare reports/MIS.

- Maintain proper records, documents, checklists, and operational reports.

- Identify operational issues and take corrective actions promptly.

- Ensure compliance with company HSE/safety procedures.

- Train, guide, and evaluate team members.

- Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance of staff.

- Handle customer/internal stakeholder concerns related to CCSD activities.





- Participate in meetings and provide regular updates to management.

- Implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

- Ensure proper handover and follow-up of pending activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with supervisory/in-charge experience.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting systems.

- Solid communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
