About the Role

AISECT India is looking for an experienced CSR Lead – Partnerships & Projects to drive its CSR portfolio across Western India. The role combines partnership development, CSR business development, programme leadership, and stakeholder management to create impactful and scalable interventions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads and build solid relationships with corporates, foundations, and CSR partners .
- Develop concept notes, proposals, budgets, presentations , and other project-related documentation.
- Engage with clients and translate their CSR priorities into scalable and impactful interventions .
- Manage end-to-end programme delivery across multiple locations.
- Oversee partner relationships, project budgets, compliance, monitoring, and donor reporting.
- Drive successful execution of CSR programmes while ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Leverage knowledge of Section 135 of the Companies Act and CSR regulations to support programme development and partnerships.
