About the Role

Inside Design India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented CRM Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the interior design, architecture, real estate, home improvement, or related industry.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, following up with leads, coordinating with the sales and design teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and communication.
- Monitor and follow up on leads to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM system.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Ensure timely communication with customers throughout the project journey.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer status.




- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Relevant CRM experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience in CRM, customer relationship management, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, real estate, or home improvement industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Salary & Perks
- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
