Currently we have requirement for Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Sales Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Resolving customer concerns.
- Customer experience at the dealership showroom and supporting in their follow-ups.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Complaint Management.
- Feedback collection.
- Customer Home Visit as per the requirement.

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 2 Years experience in similar role in automobile sector. EDUCATION - ANY GRADUATE / BBA /MBA

REQUIRED SKILLS

Good communications skill, Teamwork and leadership Skills, Customer Orientation, Problem-Solving Skills, Knowledge of Company Products and Services.
