About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on CRM & Automation Engineer who can build, integrate, and automate our CRM and business systems.

This is a technical role for someone who understands CRM platforms, APIs, webhooks, automation tools, and coding. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building systems rather than simply using CRM software.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, configure, and manage CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Design and implement automated workflows across the customer lifecycle, including lead nurturing, follow-ups, retention, and win-back journeys.
- Build and manage API and webhook integrations between CRM, communication platforms, internal systems, and other SaaS applications.
- Create automation workflows using Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent platforms.
- Develop custom solutions and integrations using Python, JavaScript, and/or SQL.
- Maintain real-time data synchronization between multiple systems.
- Build lifecycle stages, customer segmentation, triggers, and automated actions.
- Develop dashboards and reports covering revenue, retention, churn, customer engagement, and marketing attribution.
- Identify manual processes and convert them into automated workflows.
- Troubleshoot integration, automation, and data-sync issues.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Continuously improve existing workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting systems.

Must-Have Skills




- 1–5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience building/configuring CRM systems, not just using them.
- Solid experience with APIs and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools.
- Basic-to-intermediate coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Experience building dashboards and reports linked to business metrics.
- Strong understanding of data flow and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

will be preferred, provided they have hands-on CRM and automation experience.

This is NOT a traditional CRM operations/admin role.
