Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM & Inside Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and leads through HubSpot CRM, ensure timely follow-up and convert qualified leads into business opportunities and orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage incoming leads/inquiries in HubSpot.
- Contact leads and understand their requirements.
- Qualify and categorize leads appropriately.
- Maintain complete and accurate CRM records.
- Schedule and track follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations in coordination with the sales/technical team.
- Follow up with customers through phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Track lead status from inquiry to quotation and order.
- Prepare regular lead and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with field sales and other departments.
- Ensure no genuine inquiry is missed.
- Achieve assigned lead conversion and sales targets.





Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or any CRM software preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Positive coordination and reporting skills.
- B2B sales experience preferred.

Experience 1–4 years in CRM, Inside Sales, Telecalling, B2B Sales or Lead Management preferred.

Education

Graduate preferred.
