Role Description The Counselor will provide in-person guidance and support to clients throughout their aesthetic care journey, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and cared for at every step. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial consultations, understanding client concerns and goals, explaining recommended treatments, and coordinating with medical and aesthetic professionals to create tailored care plans.

The role involves counseling patients, maintaining accurate client records, following up on treatment outcomes and supporting a welcoming,



professional clinic environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Isya Aesthetics clinic in Vasant Vihar.

Qualifications

- Solid client-facing skills, including empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Experience in counseling, patient care coordination, or client advisory roles, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments and procedures in clear, accessible language.
- Organizational and administrative abilities, including managing appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating with clinical staff.
- Comfort working in a luxury, service-oriented environment with high standards of professionalism and hygiene.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Vasant Vihar and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Relevant education in communication, counseling or aesthetics; formal counseling or patient care certifications are an advantage.
- Interest in integrative wellness, skincare, and aesthetic treatments, with willingness to learn about new technologies
