Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor order/style-wise cost sheets.
- Compare Approved Cost vs ERP Cost vs Actual Cost.
- Track order profitability from order confirmation to shipment.
- Monitor fabric requirements, procurement, receipt, issue and actual consumption.
- Analyze fabric consumption variance, cutting loss, shrinkage, wastage and rejection.
- Prepare Fabric PPV / Purchase Price Variance reports.
- Monitor trim/accessory cost variations.
- Conduct order-wise material reconciliation and monitor excess/leftover/aged stock.
- Analyze factory-wise CPM, SAM, efficiency, labour cost, overtime, rework and production cost.
- Monitor rework, rejection and quality-related costs.
- Prepare monthly cost and variance reports.
- Maintain CM Loss Register and identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Stores,



Production and Factory teams for cost control.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Cost Control / Costing / Order Profitability.
- Mandatory: Apparel Export Industry experience.
- Strong understanding of fabric consumption, manufacturing costs, CM, ERP costing and order profitability.
- Positive analytical and Excel skills.
- Candidates from Retail, Domestic Manufacturing or Non-Apparel Industries will not be considered.
