– Corporate Relationship -Assistant Manager (Training & Placement)

Location: Delhi

Work Mode: Work from Delhi; occasional travel to main campus as required

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

- Develop corporate tie‑ups and ensure placement opportunities for engineering students.

- Coordinate with companies for campus drives and recruitment processes.

- Organize training programs to enhance student employability.

- Prepare placement statistics and submit reports to management.

- Ensure smooth coordination between students, faculty, and recruiters.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related field.

- Mandatory: Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute.

- Robust interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
