WE’RE HIRING | PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE ? KIDBEA® is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can turn campaigns into measurable business growth. ? We’re looking for someone who understands performance marketing, knows how to optimize campaigns, and can drive sales, revenue and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

- Drive sales, revenue, conversions & customer acquisition.

- Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM &
- CVR.

- Manage campaign budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.

- Build retargeting, lookalike and audience strategies.

- Test creatives, copies, audiences and campaign structures.

- Work closely with Creative, Brand, Content &

- E-commerce teams.

- Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.





- Identify opportunities to improve ROI and acquisition efficiency.

- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

- Candidates from Agency or Brand-side/In-house backgrounds are welcome.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads &
- Google Ads.

- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM &

- CVR

- Proven experience in managing and scaling performance campaigns.

- Solid analytical and data-driven approach.

- Good understanding of D2C / E-commerce / Consumer Brand marketing.

- Ability to take ownership of campaigns and deliver measurable results.
