About the Role

Angroos is hiring Corporate Gifting Sales Managers to manage business enquiries, build corporate client relationships, and convert gifting requirements into confirmed orders.

Solid communication skills in Hindi, English, and Malayalam are essential. Candidates must be able to independently handle customer calls, explain products, discuss pricing, and follow up confidently and politely in all three languages. Language proficiency will be assessed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle corporate gifting enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels.
- Communicate with clients in Hindi, English, or Malayalam according to their preference.
- Contact prospective business clients and follow up on active sales leads.
- Understand each client’s budget, quantity, occasion, customisation requirements, and delivery timeline.
- Recommend suitable gifting products and personalisation options.
- Prepare and share accurate proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate professionally and convert qualified enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate enquiry, quotation, follow-up, and order records.
- Coordinate with sourcing, personalisation, production, packing, accounts, and dispatch teams.
- Keep clients informed about samples, production progress, payments, and delivery.




- Work towards agreed sales and customer-service targets.
- Handle customer concerns patiently and escalate issues when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong spoken Hindi, English, and Malayalam—proficiency in all three is required.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and conduct complete business conversations in all three languages.
- Ability to write clear, professional emails, quotations, and customer messages in English.
- Confident telephone etiquette, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn.
- Courteous, respectful, and customer-focused behaviour, including during busy periods.
- Good organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and basic customer-management tools.
- Neat personal presentation appropriate for client meetings.
- Previous experience in corporate gifting, B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management is preferred.

After-Office Availability

Limited availability after office hours may occasionally be required for urgent client calls and time-sensitive order updates. The expected frequency, response window, and applicable company policy will be explained during the interview.

Compensation

- Fixed salary of ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- Additional performance-based incentives of up to ₹50,000 per month, subject to defined sales targets, eligibility requirements, and payout terms.
