CORPORATE HSE OFFICER- RAILWAY AND POWER VERTICAL

Position Title : Corporate HSE Officer

Department : Corporate HSE

Reporting To : Head – HSE / Corporate HSE Head

Location : Corporate Office-Nashik with frequent visits to Project Sites

1. Job Purpose:-

The Corporate HSE Officer will support the Corporate HSE function in developing, implementing, monitoring and continuously improving the HSE management system across construction projects.

The position will be responsible for coordinating with project/site HSE teams, reviewing HSE documentation, conducting project site visits and audits, monitoring HSE performance, supporting training and awareness programs, and ensuring effective implementation of corporate HSE requirements at project sites.

The role will also provide management-level HSE reporting and coordination to identify gaps, track corrective actions and promote a robust safety culture across all projects.

2. Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Engineering – Civil / Electrical / Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline.
- ADIS – Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent recognized safety qualification.
- NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent internationally recognized HSE qualification.
- ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification.
- Training in Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment, Construction Safety, Fire & Emergency Management, etc.

3. Relevant Experience 5–6 years of experience in HSE/EHS, preferably involving:

- Railway Construction / Railway Infrastructure
- Power Transmission / Power Infrastructure
- Building Construction
- Civil & Infrastructure Projects
- EPC / Turnkey Construction Projects





Experience in a Corporate HSE role or multi-project HSE monitoring environment will be an added advantage. 4. Key Responsibilities

A. Corporate HSE Documentation-MPR & Systems

B. Project HSE Monitoring & Site Visits

C. Conduct regular HSE site visits to construction projects.

D. Identify major HSE risks and unsafe conditions and communicate corrective actions to the Project Management Team.

E. Prepare Project Site Visit Reports highlighting key observations, major risks, non-conformities, corrective actions and management recommendations.

F. Follow up with project teams to ensure timely closure of observations and corrective actions.

G. Escalate critical and repeated HSE non-compliances to Corporate HSE Management.
