– Corporate Relationship -Assistant Manager (Training & Placement)

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Hyderabad; occasional travel to main campus as required

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain corporate relationships for student placements and internships.
- Liaise with HR teams of companies to secure placement opportunities.
- Organize campus drives, interviews, and training sessions for engineering students.
- Develop industry tie‑ups and MoUs to enhance placement opportunities.
- Track placement statistics and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related field.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute.
- Robust networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
