- Read and understand electrical schematics, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams.

- Perform control panel wiring as per approved drawings.

- Mount electrical components such as MCBs, contactors, relays, PLCs, VFDs, SMPS, terminal blocks, and switches.

- Carry out ferruling, lugging, cable routing, and cable dressing.

- Ensure neat and standard panel wiring practices.

- Identify and rectify wiring faults during testing.

- Assist in panel testing and troubleshooting activities.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and housekeeping of the work area.

- Follow electrical safety procedures and company guidelines.

- Complete assigned work within the specified timelines.

- Support panel installation and commissioning activities, if required.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of electrical control panel wiring.

- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.





- Understanding of electrical components and their functions.

- Knowledge of cable lugging, ferruling, and crimping.

- Basic troubleshooting skills.

- Positive workmanship and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

- ITI Electrician / Wireman

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Experience

- Fresher to 5 Years of experience in control panel wiring and assembly.

Preferred Industry Experience

- Industrial Automation

- Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing

- PLC Panel Assembly

- MCC/PCC Panel Manufacturing

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
