Production Planning & Execution

- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per project schedules.

- Allocate work to panel fitters, wiremen, and assembly technicians.

- Ensure timely completion of control panel manufacturing jobs.

- Monitor production targets and take corrective actions to achieve deadlines.

- Coordinate with stores for material availability and issuance.

Panel Manufacturing

- Supervise panel fabrication, assembly, wiring, and testing activities.

- Ensure manufacturing is carried out as per approved drawings, BOM, and customer specifications.

- Verify proper component mounting, wiring standards, ferruling, lugging, and cable dressing.

- Coordinate with automation engineers during FAT and testing activities.

Quality & Process Control

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions.

- Minimize production errors, rework, and material wastage.

- Support quality inspections and corrective actions.

- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Team Management

- Supervise and guide production personnel.

- Train new employees on manufacturing processes and quality standards.

- Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.

- Ensure discipline, safety,



and housekeeping on the shop floor.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily production reports and work progress records.

- Track project status and production schedules.

- Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams.

- Prepare MIS reports related to production activities.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing.

- Ability to read Electrical Schematics, GA Drawings, and BOMs.

- Understanding of MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, APFC, and Automation Panels.

- Production Planning and Scheduling.

- Team Handling and Shop Floor Management.

- Knowledge of Quality Control and Safety Standards.

- ERP/Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Automation Engineering.

Experience

- 2 to 8 Years of experience in Control Panel Manufacturing, Electrical Panel Production, or Automation Industry.

- Experience in managing panel assembly and wiring teams will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
