About the Role

Technomine Group of Companies is looking for a creative, research-oriented, and detail-focused Content Writer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English writing skills and the ability to create engaging content for multiple business verticals, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.

The candidate will work closely with the Marketing, HR, Business Development, and Management teams to create impactful content that strengthens our brand presence and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and company profiles.
- Develop content for Technomine's diverse business verticals, including Travel, Healthcare, Recruitment, Solar, IT, Accounting, Digital Marketing, and BPO.
- Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and relevant topics.
- Write SEO-friendly blogs, website pages, articles, landing pages, and marketing content.
- Develop creative LinkedIn posts, social media captions, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Write compelling headlines, taglines, marketing copy, and corporate communication.
- Prepare and maintain a content calendar for different platforms and campaigns.
- Work with the design team to provide content for creatives, videos, reels, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure excellent grammar, readability, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all communication channels.
- Repurpose existing content into blogs, social posts, newsletters, presentations, and other formats.
- Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant SEO keywords naturally.




- Use AI tools responsibly to improve research, ideation, and content productivity while ensuring originality and quality.
- Stay updated with content trends, social media trends, SEO practices, and digital marketing developments.
- Support management and internal teams with skilled reports, presentations, announcements, and other written communication whenever required.

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong grammar, vocabulary, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Excellent research and storytelling abilities.
- Good understanding of SEO and digital content writing.
- Ability to write content for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content requirements.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT/AI tools, WordPress, or other content tools will be an advantage.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Candidates with a strong writing portfolio will be preferred.
