Role Description The Content Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at HAIR RAP BY YOYO in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, writing, and managing content across digital platforms, including the website, social media, and marketing campaigns, to reflect the brand’s creative spirit and salon experience.

Day-to-day tasks include creating engaging copy about services, stylist profiles, promotions, and educational hair-care content, as well as updating and organizing content in line with brand guidelines.

Specialist will collaborate closely with the salon leadership and creative team to understand upcoming trends, events, and services, and translate them into clear, compelling messages. The role also involves tracking content performance, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and ensuring timely delivery of all communication materials.

Qualifications

- Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy.
- Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy tailored to salon services and audience preferences.
- Experience with Content Management for websites and social platforms, including basic formatting and updates.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with stylists, management, and external partners.
- Prior experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or salon-related content is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
