Job Summary

We are hiring a Content Creator cum Content Writer who can do both halves of the job well — create scroll-stopping social content and write copy that actually converts. One day you are scripting and shooting a reel on campus; the next you are writing an SEO blog on "Best Data Science Course in Kochi", ad copy for a Meta campaign, and landing page content for a new course launch. If you can switch between camera and keyboard, write cleanly in English, and understand what the Kerala student audience reads and watches, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Plan, script, shoot, and edit reels, shorts, and videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn

- Appear on camera where required — course promos, campus tours, student testimonials, and trending-format videos

- Build and own a monthly content calendar aligned with course launches, admission cycles, and campaigns

- Cover live events — seminars, workshops, placement drives, and tech fests — and turn them into content

- Interview students, trainers, and placed candidates to create success-story content

- Track content performance (reach, engagement, enquiries) and double down on what works

Writing

- Write blogs and articles on IT careers, courses, technologies, and industry trends

- Write website and landing page copy for courses, campaigns, and new program launches

- Write ad copy for Meta and Google campaigns — headlines, primary text, and variations for A/B testing

- Write captions, hooks, and scripts in English and Malayalam/Manglish for a young student audience

- Write email and WhatsApp campaign copy for lead nurturing and course promotions

- Write brochure, flyer, standee, and event collateral copy in coordination with the graphic designer





- Do keyword research and apply on-page SEO basics (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links)

- Maintain a consistent brand voice across every piece of content we publish

Collaboration

- Coordinate with the graphic designer, video editor, and digital marketing team on creatives and campaigns

- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) to speed up research, drafting, and ideation — while keeping the output original and fact-checked

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Media, Communications, Journalism, or English background is a plus

- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, content creation, or social media (agency, in-house, or freelance) Excellent written English — clean, clear, grammatically sound, and free of fluff

- Proven ability to write both long-form (blogs, web copy) and short-form (captions, ad copy, scripts)

- Comfort in front of the camera with clear delivery in Malayalam and English

- Good understanding of what performs on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for the Kerala audience
- A portfolio is mandatory — published blogs/articles plus reels, videos, or social pages you have run

- Familiarity with AI writing and content tools is a plus Ability to handle multiple deadlines, take feedback well, and ship consistently
