Role Description The Content Creator at Waxys will develop engaging written and visual content that communicates the brand’s focus on mental well-being and aromatherapy across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating product-focused content, planning and executing content calendars, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and tailoring content for different platforms and audiences. The role involves capturing and editing photos or short-form videos of products and experiences, writing compelling copy for posts, ads, and landing pages, and monitoring content performance to refine future campaigns.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North,



requiring regular collaboration with team members and participation in in-person content planning and brand activities.

Qualifications

- Ability to create clear, engaging written content for digital platforms, including social media posts, web pages, and marketing copy.
- Experience with visual content creation, such as basic photography, short-form video production, and simple editing using common tools or apps.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and an understanding of trends, audience engagement, and content analytics.
- Basic knowledge of branding, storytelling, and content strategy, with the ability to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Strong organizational skills, including maintaining content calendars, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Interest in wellness, lifestyle, or aromatherapy products, with the ability to translate product features into relatable benefits for diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Relevant education or experience in Content Creation, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
