About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Content Creator to join our growing food and spices brand, Masala Café.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product photography, food content and social media trends. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our products, brand story, recipes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality Reels, Instagram posts, Stories and short-form videos for Masala Café.
- Develop creative content ideas around spices, recipes, cooking, food and Indian flavours.
- Shoot and edit product videos, recipe videos, UGC-style videos and promotional content.
- Plan and execute regular food/product shoots.
- Create engaging videos suitable for Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
- Write creative hooks, captions,



scripts and video concepts.
- Keep track of current social media trends, viral formats, sounds and content styles and adapt them to the brand.
- Collaborate with influencers, food creators and models whenever required.
- Create content for new product launches, offers, festivals and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand tone across all content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create performance-oriented content for paid advertisements.
- Analyse content performance and continuously improve content based on views, engagement, watch time, CTR and conversions.
- Manage and maintain an organised library of raw footage, edited videos, photographs and creative assets.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
