Kytes is an AI-enabled PSA and PPM software company helping project-driven businesses improve project management, resource utilization, financial performance, and business visibility. We work with enterprises across IT/ITES, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, EPC, GCCs, and professional services.

Role purpose:

This internship offers practical exposure to B2B content, SEO, social media, email marketing, research, campaigns, CRM, events, and AI-assisted marketing. You will support real marketing programs while learning to simplify complex business and technology topics for the right audience.

Key responsibilities:

• Research, draft, edit, and repurpose blogs, articles, website and landing-page copy, emails, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, social copy, video scripts, event communication, case studies, ebooks, infographics, ad copy, and product or industry content.

• Research industries, companies, competitors, audiences, trends, and topics such as PSA, PPM, project management, resource management, AI, and enterprise software. Validate facts before publishing.

• Support SEO through keyword and search-intent research, content briefs, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, content optimization, competitor research, existing-content updates, and basic Search Console analysis.

• Support social-media planning and create concepts, captions, hooks, polls, carousel ideas, and video/reel ideas. Repurpose long-form content into short social formats.

• Support email campaigns with copy, subject-line ideas, preview text, CTA optimization, personalization, research, and basic performance analysis.

Additional exposure:

You may contribute to webinars and events, campaign coordination, landing-page and presentation content, competitor analysis, CRM and lead/account research, marketing reports, content calendars, and campaign documentation.

AI capability:





Hands-on use of modern AI tools is mandatory. Use AI for research, brainstorming, outlines, questions, drafting, rewriting, simplification, proofreading, SEO research, keyword clustering, social ideation, repurposing, summaries, structured information, creative briefs, and basic marketing-data analysis. Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms is expected.

AI output is a starting point, not finished work. You must verify facts, understand the audience and brand context, improve the language, and apply your own judgment. Copying raw AI output is not acceptable

Required skills:

• Strong written English, grammar, attention to detail, and the ability to research unfamiliar topics and explain technical or business ideas simply.

• Curiosity about digital marketing, technology, and AI; familiarity with LinkedIn and a basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.

• Good internet and desk-research skills; basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides; willingness to learn current platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple small assignments, meet deadlines, accept feedback, and improve continuously.

Preferred background and success measures:

Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or technology-related disciplines are welcome. Writing and research ability matter more than the degree. Success will be measured by research and content quality, accuracy, deadlines, productivity, SEO awareness, creativity, factchecking, effective AI use, and growing independence.
