Job Summary

Hindustan Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Consultant Pathologist to join our team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for performing and interpreting various laboratory investigations, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic reports, and supporting clinicians with clinically relevant findings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform and interpret a range of pathology and laboratory investigations
2. Review and validate test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
3. Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant diagnostic reports.
4. Ensure proper interpretation of laboratory findings and highlight critical or abnormal results when required.
5. Maintain high standards of quality control and laboratory practices.
6. Coordinate with laboratory technicians and other healthcare professionals for smooth laboratory operations.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable laboratory, quality, and safety protocols.
8. Support the laboratory team in troubleshooting technical or diagnostic issues.
9. Participate in quality assurance activities and maintain proper documentation.

Provide professional guidance and consultation regarding pathology-related investigations.
11. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow all applicable ethical standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of clinical pathology and laboratory diagnostics.
- Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret laboratory results accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with laboratory and clinical teams.
- Knowledge of laboratory quality standards and safety protocols.

Eligibility

- MD/DNB in Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Pathologist.
- Experience in diagnostic laboratory/healthcare settings will be preferred.
- Candidates should have solid expertise in pathology diagnostics and reporting.
