Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Consultant Gastroenterologist with 4–5 years of relevant experience to provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and management of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders. The candidate will be responsible for OPD/IPD consultations, diagnostic procedures, patient management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive OPD and IPD consultations for patients with gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and biliary disorders.
- Diagnose and manage conditions including GERD, gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, IBS, IBD, hepatitis, fatty liver, cirrhosis, pancreatitis, and GI bleeding.
- Perform and interpret upper GI endoscopy and other relevant gastroenterology procedures.
- Manage emergency gastroenterology cases, including GI bleeding and acute abdominal conditions.
- Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings and investigations.
- Review and interpret laboratory reports, imaging, endoscopy findings, and other diagnostic investigations.
- Provide appropriate pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care.




- Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, intensivists, and other specialists whenever required.
- Participate in hospital rounds, clinical meetings, and multidisciplinary case discussions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital clinical protocols, SOPs, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
- Counsel patients and their attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards of medical practice.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- MBBS with MD/DNB in Gastroenterology / DM Gastroenterology or equivalent recognized qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience as a Gastroenterologist.
- Experience in OPD, IPD, emergency care, and gastroenterology procedures.
- Good clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and patient-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary hospital setting.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
