Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Consultant Gastroenterologist to provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and biliary disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and manage patients with gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders.

- Conduct consultations, clinical examinations, and follow-up of patients.

- Perform and interpret relevant diagnostic procedures and investigations.

- Perform gastroenterology procedures such as Upper GI Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, and other relevant procedures, as per expertise.

- Manage emergency gastroenterology cases when required.

- Provide appropriate medical and procedural treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.

- Coordinate with other specialists and departments for multidisciplinary patient care.





- Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and follow-up.

- Participate in clinical meetings, quality initiatives, and hospital protocols.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection-control standards, and applicable medical guidelines.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- MD/DNB in General Medicine with DM/DNB in Gastroenterology or equivalent recognized qualification.

- 4-5 years of relevant experience as a Gastroenterologist/Consultant.

- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.

- Experience in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy is preferred.

- Valuable clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
