Position: Construction Foreman (Civil)

Experience: 15+ Years

Location: Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Manage and guide site workers, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, safety, and productivity at the site.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues to ensure smooth progress of work.




- Maintain daily work and progress records.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in building/high-rise projects.
- Robust hands-on experience in site supervision and manpower management.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to lead and coordinate large labour teams.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
