Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, receipts, dispatches, and warehouse transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update warehouse and inventory data accurately in ERP/software and Excel.

- Record incoming and outgoing stock, purchase receipts, sales dispatches, returns, and transfers.

- Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery challan, stock transfer, and other warehouse-related documents.

- Verify physical stock against system records and report discrepancies.

- Maintain daily stock and inventory reports.

- Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales, and accounts teams for data accuracy.

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse records.





- Support regular stock counting and reconciliation.

- Ensure all data is entered accurately and on time.

- Perform other administrative tasks related to warehouse operations as required.

Requirements

- Any Graduate in any discipline.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Software will be an advantage.

- Valuable typing and data-entry skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
