Key Responsibilities

- Hardware and Software Installation:Setting up new computer systems, installing software, and configuring hardware components.

- Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, including network issues.

- Maintenance and Updates:Performing routine maintenance, installing software updates, and ensuring hardware is functioning optimally.

- Technical Support:Providing assistance to users with computer-related issues, including training on recent software and hardware.

- Security and Data Protection:Implementing and maintaining security measures, such as antivirus software, to protect data and systems.

- Network Management:Setting up and maintaining local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN),



as well as managing network components like servers and IP addresses.

- Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintaining records of repairs, fixes, and system configurations.

- Inventory Management:Tracking hardware and software inventory, including upgrades and software licenses.

- Collaboration and Training:Working with other team members, providing training on computer systems and software to users, and collaborating with vendors.
