KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure end-to-end compliance with RBI regulations, Digital Lending Guidelines, KYC/AML requirements and internal policies across all products and services offered through the MFL ONE platform.
n
- Provide compliance oversight for the MFL ONE app, including customer onboarding journeys, digital journeys, product launches, customer communications, disclosures, consents, campaigns and platform features.
n
- Manage governance and compliance with all fintech partners, Lending Service Providers (LSPs), co-lending partners, embedded finance partners, payment service providers and other platform integrations.
n
- Review and approve new digital products, platform enhancements, APIs, partner integrations and customer journeys to ensure regulatory compliance before deployment.
n
- Monitor regulatory developments and drive implementation of applicable RBI, NPCI, UIDAI and other regulatory requirements impacting the digital platform.
n
- Coordinate compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, audits and partner reviews, ensuring timely closure of observations and continuous strengthening of compliance controls.
n
- Work closely with Business, Product, Technology, Risk, Legal and Operations teams to embed compliance-by-design and establish robust governance across the MFL ONE ecosystem.

- Develop and maintain compliance policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, MIS and provide ongoing compliance advisory for all platform-related initiatives and strategic partnerships.

- Preparation of compliance reports based on data received from other departments.
n
- Coordination with all Depts for completion of compliance related tasks.
n
- Preparation of various MIS reports or any other kinds of reports pertaining to compliance function, regulatory, statutory and internal and its analysis.
n
- Support in Management of Compliance Tool
n
- Preparation of compliance points based on RBI inspections, Audit Reports, both internal and external and segregating them dept wise
n
- Support in preparation of compliance tasks based on notifications/circulars received from Regulators and internal policies

nEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
