Role Description The Community Manager at HAIR RAP BY YOYO is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for building and nurturing the salon’s community both in-person and online. This role involves engaging daily with clients and followers, responding to inquiries and feedback, and maintaining a welcoming environment within the salon.

The Community

Manager will create and manage social media content, promote events, offers, and new services, and collaborate with the salon team to share client stories, before-and-after transformations,



and brand updates. They will monitor online reviews and messages, encourage client referrals, and help strengthen long-term relationships with the local community and partner businesses. Regular tasks include planning community initiatives, coordinating with marketing and operations, and ensuring the brand voice remains consistent and aligned with the salon’s creative spirit.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, followers, and local partners.
- Experience managing social media platforms and online communities for a brand or small business.
- Ability to plan and execute community-focused events, promotions, and engagement campaigns.
- Basic understanding of branding, content creation, and digital marketing practices.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple conversations, tasks, and schedules in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, beauty, or salon environments is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Ahmedabad with flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is beneficial.
