We are seeking a diligent and structured Compliance & EHS Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will take complete ownership of managing, updating, and auditing our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) documentation. Additionally, you will bridge the gap between compliance standards and on-site execution by maintaining project-level compliances and actively training our site engineers and supervisors on Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- ISO & Integrated Management System (IMS):
- Maintain, update, and manage all documentation required for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
- Lead the internal audit process, coordinate with external certification bodies, and ensure successful clearance of all surveillance and recertification audits.
- Track and implement Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) across departments.
- Project & Site Compliance Management:
- Ensure all project-specific safety files, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) are systematically documented before project kickoff.
- Oversee statutory and legal compliances related to construction sites, labor health, and environment regulations.




- Conduct periodic site safety and quality audits across corporate fit-out sites to ensure zero compliance gaps.
- EHS Training & Culture Building:
- Design and conduct regular, impactful EHS training programs specifically tailored for Site Engineers, Supervisors, and sub-contractor labor.
- Standardize and implement mandatory on-site procedures, including Daily Toolbox Talks (TBT), Mock Drills, Electrical Safety, and Height Work training.
- Foster a proactive safety-first culture across all active commercial project sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in EHS and ISO Compliance management, preferably within the Construction, Real Estate, Interior Fit-Out, or Infrastructure industries.
- Education & Certification:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech / Diploma in Civil/Mechanical or B.Sc is preferred).
- A certified degree/diploma in Industrial Safety / EHS (e.g., ADIS, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
- Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification in ISO 9001/14001/45001 is highly desirable.
- Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of IMS documentation frameworks, hazard identification, risk assessment (HIRA), and Indian statutory laws regarding labor and safety.
- Soft Skills: Strong commanding capability to enforce safety on-site, excellent documentation management, and fluent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred) to train ground-level staff effectively.
