Role Description The Company Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Kasaragod. This role involves engaging with customers in-store, answering product queries, and providing guidance on stationery selections to match individual needs.

The Company

Representative will manage product displays, maintain stock levels, and ensure the store setting is welcoming and organized. Daily tasks include handling sales transactions, collecting customer feedback, and sharing insights with the team to improve product offerings and service.



The role also requires participating in promotional activities, supporting brand initiatives, and representing Dreams Stationery in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse customers.
- Sales and retail experience, including basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and handling cash or digital transactions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to maintain store displays, manage inventory, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills to address customer concerns, provide solutions, and support a positive store atmosphere.
- Strong attention to detail and product awareness, with an interest in stationery, creativity, or design-focused consumer goods.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Kasaragod, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for recording sales, tracking inventory, and communicating with the team.
- Prior experience in retail, stationery, lifestyle products, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
