- Assist with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping ingredients.

- Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie and senior chefs.

- Prepare basic dishes according to recipes and standard procedures.

- Measure and portion ingredients accurately.

- Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

- Keep the assigned workstation clean and organized.

- Store food items correctly and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.

- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.

- Assist with mise en place before service.

- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils after use.

- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.

- Report damaged equipment, shortages, or food-quality issues to the supervisor.

- Follow hotel/restaurant grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.

- Assist other kitchen sections when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
