Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and margin expansion in the consumer electronics & appliances industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform pricing strategy and optimize product offerings.

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions on product launches, promotions, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements :

- 10-25 years of experience in commercial finance or a related field (e.g., CPG).

- Solid understanding of business finance manager principles and practices.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and margin management.

- Experience working in the consumer electronics & appliances industry or similar sectors such as retail or Larsen & Toubro Limited.
