Role & responsibilities

- Manage collection activities for assigned Personal Loan accounts.

- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and ensure timely collections.

- Handle assigned accounts as per the defined collection process and targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment follow-ups.

- Achieve individual and team collection targets.

- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer-related collection issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: Graduation / HSC

- DRA Certification: Mandatory

- Experience: Prior experience in FF & Bucket 1 collections Personal Loans is mandatory.

- Candidates should have valuable communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under collection targets and deadlines.
