Role Of a Collecon Planner for M11 ENERGY TRANSITION PVT LTD
Objecve
1. Leading a team of 4-6 Collec¢on Execu¢ves to maximize collec¢ons of Enrolled FBOs.
2. Ensuring that desired number of vehicles run daily to ensure monthly targets are met.
3. Op¢mizing the Routes & Sub-routes to ensure fair load & maximiza¢on of collec¢ons.
4. Crea¢ng monthly & daily plans to ensure that CEs 100% FBOs are met by the Collec¢on Execu¢ves in a given month in order to maximize collec¢ons.
5. Review performance of CEs daily to understand why they could not achieve the numbers & guide them to improve plans & performance for the next day & balance of the month.
6. A¢emp¢ng to convince all Not Interested FBOs either over phone call or eld visit
7. Doing eld visits regularly to understand on ground challenges, conver¢ng dicult to convince customers, maintaining rela¢onship with Category A-B FBOs & coaching CE& Drivers to improve their performance & to cover for absenteeism.
8. Ensuring the Collec¢on Execu¢ves get the Correct Phone Numbers (Of Not Reachable Phone Numbers) of FBOs by mee¢ng the FBOs on eld
9. Ensuring that Collec¢on Execu¢ves call & get maximum conrmed order on the previous day of their visit.
10. Ensuring all Business Closed Data is removed from the system by taking appropriate approval

Coordina¢ng with the Depot Execu¢ves and ensuring Vehicle is available for the collec¢on execu¢ves daily

Check the Total Number of Ac¢ve FBO in your Depot / Territory and allocate the Ac¢ve FBO Data to Collec¢on Execu¢ves
20. For Eg. if there are 900 Ac¢ve FBOs and 3 Collec¢on Execu¢ve then make 3 Routes and Provide 300 Ac¢ve FBOs data to each Collec¢on Execu¢ve (25 Plus or 25 Minus Can be considered but beyond or below that number should not be allowed. In the above example the lowest data given to a CE should not be less than 275 and maximum data given to a CE should not be more than 325)
21. In each of the Route make Sub Routes (There should be around 5 Sub Routes is, the Minimum Data in a Sub Route should not be less than 60 and maximum should not exceed 80) so that every sub-route can be visited once a week & an addi¢onal day available to cover for absenteeism or other exigencies.
22. Make a month plan for each sub-route with details of which week the FBO will be visited. The plan can be changed during the month.
23. Provide a Print Out of Complete Ac¢ve FBO Data of the Collec¢on Execu¢ve in the beginning of the Month by making the complete month plan with dates men¢oned
24. Make Day Plan for all the Collec¢on Execu¢ves working in your team on a daily basis How to Make a Day Plan
25. Day Plan should be made for a Par¢cular Sub Route which the CE is going to visit tomorrow.
26. Ask the CE to call the FBOs on the sub-route where he is going the next day to get maximum Conrmed orders
27. Priority should be given to ABC Category Data and then to DEF Category Data
28. Following FBOs should be added in the Day Plan a.
FBOs who had disposed UCO on the same date in the previous month b. FBOs who dispose UCO mul¢ple ¢mes in a month, if any of those FBOs collec¢on fall in that date c. Conrm order received by making phone calls either by the Collec¢on Planner or Collec¢on Execu¢ve d.

Method to Provide Collec¢on Plan to Collec¢on Execu¢ves
29. Collec¢on Plan should be sent to Collec¢on Execu¢ves in the evening on their

30. Take Print Out of the Collec¢on Plan in the evening and keep it in the Depot, which will help the Depot Execu¢ves to carry it while they are leaving for eld
Training & Direc¢on
1. Training the Collec¢on Execu¢ve Classroom Training + Field Training
2. Ensure Collec¢on Execu¢ve is working in 1 Sub Route in a Given Day (Collec¢on Execu¢ve working in Mul¢ple Routes in a given day, should be avoided)
3. Next Day Working Route should be informed to Collec¢on Execu¢ve on the Previous Day Morning (Which Will enable Collec¢on Execu¢ve to Make Tele Calls and Plan their Next Day)
Daily Review with Collec¢on Execu¢ves
4. Minimum15 Field Visits
5. 35 Phone Calls & Fixing Conrm Orders for the following day
6. Checking the CE has followed the Collec¢on Plan
7. Check the CE has made the required number of Phone Calls & Field Calls and the same has been updated in BEE APP
8. Check the CE has got Phone Number and Concern Persons name of FBOs whose number is not reachable
9. Ensuring the CE gets the ISCC Form and Agreement lled from all FBOs who are disposing UCO (Ensuring the Depot Execu¢ve Maintains a Proper Filing of the same)
10. Ensuring the Collec¢on Execu¢ve is Following the Collec¢on SOP
