Job Summary

Janatics is looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Turning Machine Programmer Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bawal. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC programming, machine operation, and troubleshooting with Fanuc and GSK CNC Controllers.

Key Responsibilities

- Program, set up, and operate CNC Turning Machines.

- Prepare and modify CNC programs as per production requirements.

- Work on Fanuc and GSK CNC Controllers efficiently.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

- Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset adjustments.

- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and productivity standards.

- Conduct first-piece inspection and maintain dimensional accuracy.

- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.

- Ensure preventive maintenance and proper machine upkeep.

- Maintain production records and quality documentation.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of CNC Turning Machine programming and operation.

- Hands-on experience with Fanuc GSK CNC Controllers.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.

- Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.

- Understanding of quality standards and manufacturing practices.

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in CNC Turning Machine Programming and Operation.
