Roles and Responsibilities

Training the operators on all aspects such as technical, following documents & records and basic disciplines must followed t shop floor.

Should be able to Operate machines such as Turing, Milling, Mill-turn, Turn-mill, HBM & all 5Axis machining centres.

Knowledge on process plan and setting (Set-up, About Holding devices etc.,).

Should be robust in manual program (G-Codes / M-Codes) and Program software’s (Mastercam, NX and UG etc.,)

Good communication skill on Tamil and English.

Knowledge on system aspects to prepare PPT’s

Good leadership skills and patience to handle freshers

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in operating for Turning and Milling machines (Turning / VTL/VMC/HMC/Grinding & HBM)

The Candidate with Polytechnic Degree in relevant stream would be preferred

Experience : 3-10 years

Qualification :ITI,Diploma and BE

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,294.70 per month
