- Operate and manage CNC machines for daily production activities.

- Set CNC machines as per drawing, process requirements, and production plan.

- Prepare, modify, and optimize CNC programs.

- Perform tool setting, tool offset, and parameter setting.

- Monitor production quality, cycle time, and machine performance.

- Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.;

- Troubleshoot CNC machine and process-related problems.

- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily plan.

- Reduce rejection, rework, and machine downtime.

- Maintain proper production and machine-related records.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Production teams.

- Follow 5S, safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.

- Support continuous improvement activities for productivity and process improvement.

- Knowledge of CNC setting and programming.





- Knowledge of cutting tools, tool offsets, and machining parameters.

- Ability to read engineering drawings.

- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Gauges.

- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Basic knowledge of production planning and process control.

- Qualification - Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

- 4M Change Management ,Kaizen ,CAPA,FMEA,8D Problem Solving, 7 QC Tools,SPC & MSA,Process Control & Rejection Reduction,5S and Continuous Improvement

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
