- Operate CNC machines (Turning/Milling) as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces for production.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure required dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.
- Make basic tool offsets and corrections as required.
- Identify machining defects and take necessary corrective action.
- Maintain proper production records and report machine/process issues.
- Carry out basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company quality standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
