Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager based in Jaipur.

The Cluster Sales

Manager will be responsible for driving life insurance sales across assigned branches or territories, managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, and ensuring achievement of business targets. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase market share and customer penetration. Daily activities include visiting branches and channel partners, conducting sales reviews,



providing product and process training to team members and intermediaries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

The Cluster Sales

Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and support new product and campaign launches.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including target achievement, territory management, and relationship-building with channel partners.
- Experience in team leadership and people management, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivating sales teams.
- Sound understanding of life insurance or financial services products, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales management within insurance, banking, or financial services, preferably in a cluster or multi-branch role.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster, and familiarity with the Jaipur market or nearby regions is beneficial.
