Role Summary

We are looking for a technically sound and client-centric Horticulture professional to lead our client servicing and technical consultation. In this role, you will not be doing cold calling or hard sales. Instead, you will act as the primary expert consultant for our clients.

You will attend site meetings to understand their environmental and aesthetic requirements, leverage your domain expertise to suggest appropriate plant species and landscaping layouts, and collaborate with internal teams to present viable, high-impact green solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Consultation: Attend client briefings, site inspections, and alignment meetings to assess soil, sunlight, space, and environmental factors.
- Solution Designing: Act as the domain expert to recommend ideal indoor/outdoor plant varieties, landscaping concepts, and sustainable green solutions tailored to the client's site conditions.
- Cross-functional Coordination:



Work closely with our internal design, execution, and project teams to translate client requirements into robust technical and visual proposals.
- Proposal Presentation: Present customized design options, mood boards, and botanical solutions to corporate stakeholders, facility managers, architects, and developers.
- Account Management: Serve as the single point of contact for clients during the consultation and design phase, ensuring smooth communication and accurate translation of their vision.
- Ecosystem Liaison: Coordinate with external architects, interior designers, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs) to seamlessly integrate our plantscaping plans with their overall project designs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of solid experience within the landscaping, commercial plantscaping, or nursery/horticulture industry in a client-facing or consultative role.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Indian plant varieties (indoor and outdoor), soil science, irrigation requirements, and plant maintenance cycles.
- Soft Skills: Strong active listening, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Ability to confidently discuss technical aspects with both corporate clients and design professionals.
- Skilled Demeanor: A polished, consultative approach suitable for interacting with CXOs, developers, and premium hospitality managers.
