Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for all Hedge Fund transactional queries / issues
- In addition, the Client Services team assists and ensures the necessary escalation on any issues the Hedge Fund may have with UBS as a group to maintain the single brand ethos
- It is the Client Services associate’s role to know their clients, how their company is organized (both internally and geographically)
- The key function is as a frontman for the client – giving the client first point of contact that is abreast of all their issues, the Client Services team needs to understand the processes.
- Improve inefficiencies between the process and the end trade either to the benefit of the client or to reduce the touch points that break the STP flow

The team Prime Brokerage Client Service team deals with post-trade operations, client relationship management, trade settlements, financing, margin processes, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. Manage escalations, mitigate operational risk, and support hedge fund and institutional clients across global markets.

Your Skills And Experience You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

- Strong understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Securities Lending, and Derivatives
- Knowledge of Prime Brokerage products including Cash PB, Synthetic PB, Margin Financing, and Stock Loan
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and risk awareness
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Experience in Investment Banking Operations, Prime Brokerage, Middle Office, or Client Service




- Familiarity with trade settlement, reconciliation, financing, and corporate actions
- Strong communication and escalation management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining high service standards
