nRole Summary

nWe are seeking an articulate, highly persuasive, and phone-confident Client Booking & Sales Executive to

ndrive sales conversion and deliver exceptional client service. In this role, high-volume outbound and

ninbound calling, paired with excellent English communication skills, will be your primary mechanism to

nengage potential clients, explain premium service offerings, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

nKey Responsibilities

n1. Phone Sales & Direct Client Engagement

n

- Active Phone Calling : Proactively manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to engage leads,
n

ndeliver sales presentations, and convert prospects.

n

- Consultative Pitching: Build immediate trust and rapport over the phone, understand specific client
n

nrequirements, and recommend tailored luxury home care packages.

n

n
- Target Achievement : Persistently follow up on warm leads, inquiries, and pending quotes to achieve
n

nmonthly sales and booking targets.

n2. Communication & Booking Management





nMaintain rapid, articulate, and highly professional communication across phone calls, WhatsApp, and

nemail.

nPrepare accurate service estimates, quotations, and service agreements during phone or virtual

nconsultations.

nAddress client grievances, objections, and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and effective

nnegotiation.

nManage the complete client journey from initial inquiry to booking confirmation and post-service feedback

ncollection.

n3. Operations Coordination & Business Development

n

nCoordinate closely with the technical and operations teams to schedule and execute service bookings

naccurately.

nConduct virtual consultations or occasional physical home visits for high-value projects when required.

nConduct targeted phone outreach to potential B2B partners (interior designers, design studios, and luxury

nfurniture stores).

nMaintain meticulously updated logs of client interactions, estimates, call outcomes, and revenue metrics.

nRequirements & Qualifications

- Spoken & Written English: Exceptional command over English communication with a confident, clear,

nand persuasive phone voice.

- Professional Experience: 2–5 years in sales, tele-sales, customer success, or client servicing
n

n(experience in Voice Process / Tele-sales is strongly preferred).

- Calling Enthusiasm: Strong affinity for direct phone calling, active listening, and building client

nrelationships remotely.

- Sales Track Record: Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate packages, close sales, and achieve

nrevenue goals.

- Multi-Channel Handling: Ability to seamlessly manage concurrent client discussions over phone,

nWhatsApp, and email in a fast-paced workplace.

- Industry Background : Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, interior design, home services, or
